The Hammers held Jurgen Klopp’s side to a 0-0 draw at Anfield at the end of last month and their reward is a second opportunity to progress to the fifth round in their own backyard.
West Ham have a great record against Liverpool this season but having lost 1-0 to Southampton at the weekend it will be up to the Hammers to ensure they do not suffer back-to-back defeats.
Slaven Bilic’s side have had their fair share of injury problems this season and they will be without Manuel Lanzini and Diafra Sakho for this encounter. However, they should be able to recall former Liverpool striker Andy Carroll to the starting line-up as he bids to get one over his one-time employers.
