Confirmed Celtic line-up v East Kilbride: Kazim-Richards starts, Deila finally plays 4-4-2

Celtic take on East Kilbride in the Scottish Cup this afternoon.

Celtic starting line-up: Bailly; Ambrose, Boyata, Sviatchenko, Tierney; Mackay-Steven, Brown, Mulgrew, Forrest; Kazim-Richards, Griffiths.

Celtic substitutes: Fasan, Izaguirre, Lustig, Armstrong, Allan, Bitton, Christie.

Celtic will be looking to bounce back from two straight defeats as they take on East Kilbride in the Scottish Cup this afternoon.

The Bhoys lost to Ross County in the Scottish League Cup last weekend, before being defeated by Aberdeen in the league on Wednesday night, piling the pressure on manager Ronny Deila.

Today, the Norwegian has to try and avoid a major cup upset, as his Celtic side travel to face semi-pro side East Kilbride in the Scottish Cup.

Celtic will be expected to win today, and Deila has handed another start to January signing Erik Sviatchenko after his full debut against Aberdeen.

It also seems that Deila has finally gone with a 4-4-2 system, something Celtic fans have been crying out for, with top scorer Leigh Griffiths partnering deadline day signing Colin Kazim-Richards in attack.

Out wide, Gary Mackay-Steven and James Forrest will be looking to provide the ammunition, whilst Charlie Mulgrew starts in midfield alongside Scott Brown.

The likes of Scott Allan, Emilio Izaguirre and Ryan Christie are all on the bench, with Celtic looking to avoid disaster, and make it through to the next round.
