Bournemouth fans rave about Benik Afobe's performance v Arsenal on Twitter

The 22-year-old former Arsenal striker couldn't score for Bournemouth but was still lauded by supporters.

Benik Afobe may not have netted against his former club on Sunday afternoon but Bournemouth fans were still delighted with the young forward.

Indeed, Afobe held the ball up well and showed typically good movement. Supporters felt he could have done with some support up front and better service from those behind him.

Arsenal fans, of course, feared the Bournemouth man would be burning with the desire to prove a point against his old club. The Gunners, though, made sure they marked the 22-year-old out of the game as much as he could.

He still showed plenty of quality for the Cherries and worse defences in the Premier League certainly won't be able to handle him.
