Carroll, Lanzini and Sakho have suffered with injuries this season, but they are on the mend.
Gold has suggested that the trio are important for the Hammers and is delighted with their recovery.
“Andy Carroll should be back from injury on Saturday and the physios tell me that Manuel Lanzini and Diafra Sakho are not far behind him,” the 79-year-old wrote on West Ham’s official website.
“They are not squad players, they are key players for this club and their return will give us another huge boost.”
Carroll, a 27-year-old England international striker, has scored three goals and created five chances in 13 Premier League appearances so far this season.
Attacking midfielder Lanzini has scored four goals and created 14 chances in 14 league games this campaign.
Senegal international striker Diafra Sakho has scored three goals and created seven chances in 12 Premier League matches this term.
West Ham are sixth in the Premier League table at the moment with 39 points from 24 matches.
Slaven Bilic’s side are six points behind Arsenal, who are currently fourth and occupy the final Champions League spot.
