Revealed: Just how many injuries Arsenal veteran Tomas Rosicky has had

Rosicky Injury

This is an absolutely crazy number, he really must be made of glass!

Some footballers really don't have any luck when it comes to staying fit and actually playing more like about five games a season.

There's been the likes of Abou Diaby, Michael Owen and Owen Hargreaves in recent years spend more time sat in the physio room than they have on the pitch.

While those very notable cases, there's one player who some fans might have forgotten just how many times he's been injured since moving to the Premier League.

And that man is...Tomas Rosicky! Yep, the Arsenal midfielder has had a bit of a nightmare over the past decade or so with injuries -- but has still managed to play almost 250 times for the Gunners

Despite his injury record, the Czech Republic midfielder returned for Arsene Wenger's side for their FA Cup clash with Burnley, starting on the bench. But after playing just 19 minutes, it was later revealed that he picked up a thigh injury that is likely to keep him out for the rest of the season - as reported by the Daily Mail.

He has no luck does he? And one Reddit user decided to make a graphic show just how many injuries he's managed to pick up over the years at Arsenal:

Good lord! He's had 53 injuries since starting his career... but only 14 of those have happened away from Arsenal, meaning he's suffered an astonishing 39 injuries since 2006!

Is Rosicky the most injury-prone player in the Premier League?
