Daniel Amartey and Jamie Vardy were going through their paces today.
The club have not slept on their laurels mind. They went in to the transfer market in the winter, bringing in Demarai Gray from Birmingham City and missing out on numerous big money bids for striking reinforcements.
They also snapped up Daniel Amartey from FC Copenhagen in January for a fee reported by The Mirror to be in the region of £6 million. The Ghanaian international, who can play at centre-back or in the heart of midfield, is still waiting for his debut for The Foxes but will hope to do so against Manchester City at the weekend.
He certainly seemed to be trying to catch the eye in training today - sprinting full pelt in an exercise with Claudio Ranieri watching on.
Meanwhile man of the moment Jamie Vardy suffered no ill effects from his brace v Liverpool. He also appeared in good spirits as Leicester look to take their title fight to the next level v Manchester City on Saturday.
