Italian press rave about Tottenham's Dele Alli; say he is taking Europe by storm

The Tottenham Hotspur youngster is having a season to remember.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli is having a phenomenal season and it is not only English fans who are taking notice.

Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport has run a piece naming the best young hot-shots in Europe and unsurprisingly there is a place for the 19-year-old Spurs man.

Alli signed for Tottenham from MK Dons in January 2015 but he remained on loan with the then-League One side until the end of the campaign, helping them to promotion in the process.

But upon arriving at White Hart Lane he wasted little time showing what he can do and he is already an integral part of Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Alli has made 31 appearances for Tottenham this season, scoring a very impressive seven goals and setting up five more in the process.

His recent strike against Crystal Palace was an absolute humdinger and with two goals and two assists in his last two appearances it seems Alli is only going to get better in the weeks ahead.

Gazzetta claims Alli is one of the teenagers who has taken Europe by storm this season and Tottenham fans will no doubt be smiling at that description.
