Mark Warburton's Rangers side beat Raith Rovers 1-0 in Scottish Championship action last night.
Three of Rangers' first team players have expressed their delight on Twitter, after their 1-0 win over Raith Rovers last night.
On a bitter evening at Stark’s Park, Rangers were given a thorough examination from Rovers, but they came through the test.
The hosts set up defensively in the contest, and showed little desire to get forward.
However, their plan almost worked - as they limited Mark Warburton’s side's opportunities in an attacking sense.
Rangers scored through Andrew Halliday in the first half, but they never managed to extend their advantage and couldn’t quite put the game to bed.
In the end their failure to get a second didn’t matter, as the Light Blues showed their determined to claim the three points to further extend their lead at the top of the Scottish Championship table.
Rangers are now eight points clear at the top of the league, and their players realised the importance of picking up the victory last night.
