Leicester are genuinely gunna win the league only just hitting me that it's even happening . What a team— Josh Windass (@windass101) February 3, 2016
Windass agreed a pre-contract with Rangers during the January transfer window, meaning he will link up with the Gers in the summer.
Whilst he is set to join a Rangers side likely just returning to the Scottish Premiership, Leicester could be heading into the summer as Premier League champions.
The Foxes continue to sit atop the Premier League table after 24 games, having picked up all three points in their midweek fixture with a 2-0 win over Liverpool.
Jamie Vardy netted both goals to ensure this run continued, and they now sit three points clear in the lead, with Manchester City on 47 points, and Arsenal falling to a five point gap due to their inability to defeat Southampton.
The Foxes are flying high, and have still only been defeated twice this season, and it is hard to imagine that their excellent form is going to stop any time soon.
However, the coming weeks could prove to be the most important of Leicester’s season.
Having defeated Liverpool, the Foxes take on Manchester City this weekend and Arsenal next weekend.
Positive results in both those games will prove that Leicester have what it takes to end this season holding aloft the Premier League trophy.
