Is this the catalyst that will get Swansea relegated?
There were some interesting signings on Deadline Day, from Everton snapping up Oumar Niasse to Giannelli Imbula joining Stoke for £18 million.
However, one deal that may have managed to go under the radar -- unless you were glued to Sky Sports News at 10 pm (like we were), was the news that Swansea City had signed Dutch midfielder Leroy Fer on loan from Queens Park Rangers.
The 26-year-old has already had two stints in the Premier League, first with Norwich and then with Queens Park Rangers, so has plenty of experience at the top level.
The thing is though, Fer has a pretty bad record with clubs in the Premier League -- he's almost the Dutch Roger Johnson... why? Well, just have a look at this:

Oh my! And with the Swansea already onto their third manager this season and currently four points away from the relegation zone we wondered if Fer might cause another side to slip down the table and end up in the Championship.
