Rangers fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to have their say on the signing of Michael O’Halloran from St. Johnstone.
The 25-year-old attacker has put pen to paper on a four-and-a-half-year deal and will remain at Rangers until 2020.
O’Halloran started his senior career at Bolton Wanderers, and had spells on loan at Sheffield United, Carlisle United and Tranmere Rovers before moving to St. Johnstone in January 2014.
During his time at McDiarmid Park, the Scotsman, who can play as a forward or as a winger, made a total of 89 appearances and scored 16 goals.
The former Scotland Under-21 international is already a ‘winner’, having clinched the Scottish Cup in 2014 with St Johnstone.
O’Halloran has played in Europe as well, featuring six times for St Johnstone in recent seasons.
