Geoff Cameron has sent a message to his Stoke City teammates, wishing them luck ahead of their match against Manchester United later this evening.
The Potters are set to travel to Old Trafford later today, but Cameron won’t be available for selection in the fixture.
The American international is currently out injured with a thigh injury, but he is looking forward to making his return to action.
Cameron has not played for stuck since the start of January, after picking up an ankle injury against Liverpool in the Capital One Cup.
The problem has been a persistent one, which has plagued the 30-year-old’s season so far, and Stoke will be keen not to rush him back again.
The Sentinel said that Stoke were set to put Cameron through a run of tests to try and get to the bottom of his fitness issues.
In Cameron’s absence, Stoke will be hoping to heap further misery on United later tonight.
The Potters have already beaten Louis van Gaal’s side 2-0 this season, and they could move up as high as sixth place in the Premier League table if they are to win this evening.
