Confirmed: Manchester United and Stoke line-ups

Here is how Manchester United and Stoke City will line up for their match this evening:

Manchester United welcome Stoke City to Old Trafford this evening for their latest Premier League encounter.

United are currently fifth in the table, already five points behind fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur, so they cannot afford to lose any more ground in the race for a Champions League qualifying place.

As for Stoke, they are ninth and would move to within just one point of tonight’s opponents if they claim all three points.

Mark Hughes’ side is more than capable of doing that and it will be interesting to see how United respond against a very talented Potters side.

United impressed last time out, defeating Derby County 3-1 in the FA Cup while playing some of their best football of the campaign to date, but their supporters will be wary of another false dawn.

Stoke lost 1-0 to Crystal Palace in the fourth round of that competition but they will be boosted by the club-record signing of Giannelli Imbula who becomes the latest superb addition to a blossoming squad.
