West Ham United may have to make a few changes as their injury problems continue.
West Ham are currently sixth in the table with 36 points from 23 matches and with just one point separating them and fifth-placed Manchester United there is plenty of incentive for Slaven Bilic’s side to inflict more gloom on Villa this week.
However, the Hammers may have to do without some of their key players, with London 24 reporting that along with injured trio Andy Carroll, Diafra Sakho and Manuel Lanzini, Bilic may not have Cheikhou Kouyate, James Tomkins or new signing Emmanuel Emenike.
The latter is likely to miss out as he is still awaiting international clearance but Kouyate’s absence would be the biggest blow given his impact in the centre of the park for West Ham this season.
Recent addition Sam Byram should come in at right-back with Tomkins and Jenkinson unavailable.
