Nicola Salerno reacts on Twitter to Leeds United’s unbelievable support v Bolton

The Italian was amazed by the Leeds fans over the weekend.

Nicola Salerno summed Leeds United’s fans up with one word on Twitter after their FA Cup fourth-round win over Bolton Wanderers: ‘unbelievable.’

Indeed, the former sporting director is still keeping an eye on the Whites and either maintains a soft spot for the club’s fans or is still trying to gain their approval.

Leeds took over 6,000 supporters to Bolton and they were duly rewarded with a 2-1 win and one of the best halves of football in United’s season.

Next up for Leeds is a trip to Watford in the fifth round.

Salerno wasn’t the only one to note the high number of fans in the away end, although United were given more tickets due to Bolton’s problems.

What would constitute a good season for Leeds from hereon in?

Many would dream of Wembley and a play-off place. A top-half finish and the quarter-finals would still be very strong, however.
