Tottenham will take on Norwich away from home at Carrow Road in the Premier League, and Owen has backed the North London outfit to win the game and pick up all three points.
“Norwich have only failed to score in one of their 11 PL games at Carrow Road this term, but their defensive frailties were all too apparent against Liverpool in their last home game,” the former Newcastle United striker has written on Betvictor.com.
“Spurs have won their last four, continue to impress and I expect them to have too much for a Norwich side who have lost their last four in all competitions.”
A footnote added: “Michael’s recommendation: Spurs to win at 10/11.”
Tottenham are fourth in the Premier League table at the moment with 42 points from 23 matches.
The North London outfit are just five points behind leaders Leicester City and are very much in the running for the league title this season.
Spurs will head into Tuesday’s game on the back of a 4-1 victory over Colchester United away from home in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
Meanwhile, Norwich currently find themselves 17th in the standings with 23 points from as many games, just two points above the relegation zone.
The Canaries are in real danger of going down to the Championship at the end of the season.
Alex Neil’s side will head into the game against Tottenham on the back of a stunning 5-4 defeat to Liverpool at Carrow Road in the Premier League.
