Liverpool transfer update: Two players reportedly for sale - but Sinclair definitely isn't

Jose Enrique

The Watford-linked youngster is reportedly staying - but two others might not be...

Liverpool are willing to let Adam Bogdan and Jose Enrique leave on Deadline Day - presumably on loan, according to Sky Sports.

However, Watford target Jerome Sinclair is reportedly not for sale.

Indeed, Watford are looking at the 19-year-old, as reported by the Liverpool Echo, but it is believed he won't be allowed to leave.

Sky reported on their live transfer blog at 4:08pm: "Jurgen Klopp spoke about potential outgoings saying he’s not 100 per cent sure what’s going on there. That’s because my understanding is they would potentially let the likes of Adam Bogdan, Enrique go as well if they were to get regular first-team football.

"As for Jerome Sinclair, they rejected a bid from Watford just over a week ago now and since then have heard nothing further from Watford. My understanding is that Jerome Sinclair isn’t for sale at this time."

News of Bogdan's potential departure should please fans. The Reds faithful have been patient with all of their goalkeepers but, while Simon Mignolet is yet to transform opinion of him, Bogdan was never a fit for Anfield in the first place.

The Enrique news? There will likely be delight in the Kop...

As far as Sinclair is concerned, it seems strange Watford are placing so much emphasis on him. Of all Liverpool's youngsters, less has been spoken about Sinclair compared to the likes of Joao Teixeira and others.

But the Merseyside outfit are seemingly very keen to keep him.
