Kyle Walker sends message to Tottenham loanee Alex Pritchard on Twitter

Tottenham star wishes Alex Pritchard well at West Brom.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Kyle Walker has wished Alex Pritchard well at West Brom.

Pritchard clinched a surprise loan move to the Baggies on deadline day, which Spurs hope will give him the chance to play regular football.

He had an opportunity to move to the Championship, but having already passed that test with Brentford last season, the chance to test himself at a higher level is a better move.

Walker sent Pritchard a message urging him to show what he is made of.

Pritchard injured his ankle at the under-21 Championships with England last summer, and then suffered a further setback which required surgery, keeping him out until the new year.

With Tottenham competing for places at the top end of the table, and even the title, Mauricio Pochettino was reluctant to throw the playmaker in, and instead will be watching closely in the hope he can make a big impression with West Brom.
