Graham Roberts asks a pertinent question about Tottenham duo’s future

Defence - Spurs v Chelsea

Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Tottenham Hotspur duo Harry Kane and Dele Alli.

Graham Roberts has taken to social networking site Twitter to suggest that Tottenham Hotspur duo Harry Kane and Dele Alli will not leave for Manchester United.

According to a recent report in The Daily Star, United are interested in signing striker Kane and midfielder Alli from Tottenham.

Former Spurs defender Roberts believes that neither of the two youngsters has any reason to swap White Hart Lane for Old Trafford.

The former Rangers and Chelsea defender claims that Tottenham head coach Mauricio Pochettino is better than United manager Louis van Gaal. Roberts also believes that Spurs have better facilities than the Red Devils.

Roberts’s question is pertinent, especially as Kane and Alli are flourishing at Tottenham at the moment.

The England international duo are widely rated as two of the best young players in the Premier League, and staying at White Hart Lane is only going to help them develop more.

However, United are one of the biggest clubs in the world, and the lure of playing for the Red Devils should not be underestimated.
