2pm deadline day news: Steven Fletcher on his way to France, Mathieu Debuchy likely to join Bordeaux, Everton agree Oumar Niasse fee

DONE DEAL: West Bromwich Albion have agreed a move to sign Tottenham Hotspur's England under-21 midfielder Alex Pritchard on loan for the rest of the season. The playmaker excelled at Brentford last term but has only just returned to full fitness.

Everton have finally agreed a fee with Lokomotiv Moscow for Oumar Niasse. The forward is undergoing a medical at Everton today but the club's had not yet finalised a fee. The Mirror now reports a deal of just over £13 million has been agreed.

Sky Sports (13:45) is reporting that Sunderland striker Steven Fletcher is on his way to France to finalise a move to Marseille. The Scotland international is out of contract in the summer and it seems he will be on his way to Marseille for the time being.

L'Equipe are reporting that Bordeaux are after Mathieu Debuchy of Arsenal. The French international has also been linked with Sunderland and Aston Villa this month but it seems he is back off to France.

DONE DEAL: Newcastle United have snapped up Ivorian striker Seydou Doumbia on loan from AS Roma. The forward had also been linked with a move to Aston Villa.

DONE DEAL: Fulham have snapped up Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Rohan Ince on loan for the season.

DONE DEAL: Aiden McGeady has left Everton. The Ireland international has joined Sheffield Wednesday on loan until the end of the season.
