HITC Sport understands Bolton defender has left the club to move to Turkey.

Bolton Wanderers loanee Prince-Desir Gouano has cut short his stay at the Macron Stadium to join Turkish side Gaziantepspor.

Gouano initially joined Bolton on a season-long loan deal last August after arriving from Atalanta.

Former France youth international Gouano started his career at Le Havre and moved to Juventus in 2011 but he failed to make an appearance.

After joining Atalanta last year he was loaned to Portuguese side Rio Ave and played in the Europa League.

The central defender made 19 appearances for Bolton after his arrival, but the club have allowed him to cut short his loan deal to enable him to make the move to Turkey.

Cash-strapped Bolton have allowed Gouano to move on as helps trim their wage bill, but it leave Trotters boss Neil Lennon with one less player to call upon in his squad as they battle to avoid relegation from the Championship.

Bolton are currently rooted to the bottom of the Championship table five points adrift of safety and Lennon will be hoping not to lose many more of his players before the transfer window slams shut on Monday.
