Palace fans tip Wilfried Zaha for England call-up on Twitter after Stoke win

The 23-year-old Crystal Palace forward netted the winner in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

A recent article accused Wilfried Zaha of being the vainest footballer in the Premier League... but, on the pitch, the Crystal Palace forward is showing what he's all about in the right way.

Indeed, Zaha netted Palace's winner in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Saturday afternoon, scoring to send Stoke City on their way to a second cup exit within the space of a week.

And Crystal Palace fans have been singing the youngster's praises as a result. Indeed, some supporters are tipping Zaha for an England call-up ahead of Euro 2016 this summer.

The 23-year-old's improvement is certainly worth considering for Roy Hodgson. If Hodgson ever called up Andros Townsend or Jonjo Shelvey (he did), is Zaha not worth a gamble?

The Palace man has come on leaps and bounds under Alan Pardew, who made it his mission to make Zaha more of a team player.

Here's how fans reacted on Twitter to his performance against Stoke in the cup:
