Toumani Diagouraga made his first start for Leeds against Bolton - and scored their second goal in a 2-1 win.

Leeds United advanced into the fifth round of the FA Cup on Saturday afternoon, beating Bolton Wanderers 2-1 at the Macron Stadium.

The Whites took the lead through Souleymane Doukara, before new signing Toumani Diagouraga grabbed a dream goal on his full debut.

Darren Pratley pulled one back for Bolton late in the day, but Leeds held on to grab the win and make it into tonigth's draw for the fifth round.

It was a solid performance from Leeds, and unsurprisingly, it was Diagouraga who grabbed all of the headlines after the final whistle.

The French midfielder, 28, has been snapped up from Championship rivals Brentford, and whilst he came on as a substitute against his former club on Tuesday, he made his first start for Leeds against Bolton, and capped it off with a well-taken goal before half-time.

It was a dream full debut for Diagouraga, and fans took to Twitter after the game to give their views on his performance, with some even comparing him to former Leeds midfielder and fellow Frenchman Olivier Dacourt for his dominating display.

Others praised his partnership with Liam Bridcutt in midfield, and hailed him for making the late run into the box to score his goal, something that Leeds have lacked at times this season.

Here are some of the reactions from happy Leeds fans after Diagouraga's performance against Bolton Wanderers...
