Frank McAvennie reacts on Twitter to Stefan Johansen's performance - and 'ridiculous' decision not to sub him

The Celtic icon wasn't happy after the 3-1 loss to Ross County.

Frank McAvennie was left understandably unhappy as Celtic were dumped out of the Scottish League Cup on Sunday afternoon.

There has been so much talk of trebles at Parkhead and yet, this time, Ronny Deila's men have fallen at the first hurdle, as opposed to losing in the Scottish Cup semi-final last season having won the League Cup.

Following Celtic's embarrassing Europa League campaign, the pressure is firmly on the Norwegian now.

And McAvennie was frustrated with his 'ridiculous' decision not to substitute the off-form Stefan Johansen - as the Bhoys crashed to a 3-1 defeat to Ross County at Hampden Park.

McAvennie also thinks his hopes of a Celtic double are 'optimistic.'

The Hoops are top of the Scottish Premiership and remain in the Scottish Cup. But is Deila simply getting too much wrong at Parkhead?

Clearly, McAvennie isn't the only one unhappy with Johansen's recent displays - and his manager's unwillingness to actually manage the situation and drop him.
