Wolves are reportedly looking at adding another player before the window shuts.

According to the Express and Star, Wolverhampton Wanderers are still on the hunt for more signings despite bringing in two new players over the past couple of days.

The report claims that another forward is high on the club’s wish-list, though a direct replacement for new Bristol City man Scott Golbourne at left-back is also a possibility.

Kenny Jackett’s men have had a really busy month in the market, with the club losing Benik Afobe to Premier League side Bournemouth and looking to use part of the fee to rebuild the squad.

Over the past couple of days Mike Williamson has arrived from Newcastle United, opting to return to Molineaux on an 18-month deal after undergoing a short loan spell.

And forward Joe Mason has come in from fellow Championship side Cardiff City, trading Russell Slade’s side for the West Midlands in a deal which came somewhat as a surprise.

Wolves seemingly aren’t done there, however, as the club seek further reinforcements.

Hibernian’s Jason Cummings and Crystal Palace’s Frazier Campbell are two names listed in the report as it becomes clear Jackett wishes to bolster his side’s firepower before Monday’s deadline.

Wolves currently sit in 12th position in the Championship table, eight points adrift of the top six having scored 37 goals this season – six less than lowly Fulham in 19th spot.

While it’s not a terrible goal scoring record, there is still room for improvement and the loss of Afobe leaves a big void upfront and one which the club must fill if they are to achieve their goals this season.
