Leeds United and Brentford drew 1-1 in the Championship yesterday.
Toumani Diagouraga has reacted on Twitter after making his debut for Leeds United against Brentford.
Diagouraga joined Leeds from the Bees last week, and he is still fondly remembered at Griffin Park.
The central midfielder received a good ovation from the home crowd when he was introduced to the match in the second half.
And Diagouraga admits that it was a tough match to play in for him, due to the affection he feels towards both clubs.
Hardest game I had to play but good point in the end and great support #lufc— Toumani diagouraga (@toums20) January 26, 2016
Diagouraga was brought on as a second half sub by Steve Evans, with Leeds 1-0 down in the fixture.
He managed to help the Whites comeback, with Mustapha Carayol curling in an equaliser for the visitors in the closing stages of the match.
Leeds’ draw with Brentford has moved them up to 14th in the Championship table, but they are a considerable way back from the play off spaces.
