Robbie Savage has told BBC Radio 5 Live he does not believe Tottenham Hotspur will win the title this season.
Spurs are just five points behind league leaders Leicester City, and two back from Arsenal and Manchester City.
As a result bookies SkyBet have odds on Tottenham to win the title now at just 8/1, having been 100/1 at the start of the season.
Savage says he has a positive opinion of Mauricio Pochettino's side, but does not see them winning the league.
He said: "I've been very impressed with Spurs. I watched them against Sunderland, what they were doing they were taking too many touches, almost became like Arsenal, trying to score perfect goal. When they started moving it quickly in final third they opened Sunderland up.
"I don't think they will win the league but I think they will finish in the top four."
Reacting to news centre-back Jan Vertonghen will miss several weeks with a MCL injury, Savage added: "I think that that could be a huge blow for Spurs."
Savage added that he is tipping Arsenal to win the league, but is nervous about their recent faltering form.
Tottenham have proved many wrong so far this season, losing only three league games, with the best defensive record in the league. Losing Vertonghen is certainly a blow, but the hope is that he will return for the final run in.
