Spurs have been in Spain on a warm weather training camp.
Tottenham striker Harry Kane has taken to his Twitter account to send a message from Barcelona, where he and his teammates have been on a training camp.
Kane, along with the rest of the Spurs team, have been in Spain to undergo a warm weather training camp, preparing for this weekend’s FA Cup tie against Colchester.
It was a wise time for Spurs to head abroad, with this game against Colchester the chance for Mauricio Pochettino to rest some key players.
They have been in Barcelona and have been working in a less stressful environment than usual, preparing the key first-team stars for an intense final stage of the season.
Following the FA Cup tie, Spurs return to Premier League action looking to keep up their fight for the title.
They take on Norwich and Watford in the space of four days, before heading to title rivals Manchester City the following weekend.
The Lilywhites then have two Europa League games against Fiorentina, and they need to be as fresh as possible to compete on all fronts with a fairly small first-team squad.
This warm weather retreat comes at the perfect time for Spurs, and Kane has admitted that he has recharged after a gruelling festive period.
It is now just up to the North London club to keep up their excellent form and fight for their first ever Premier League title.
