Report: West Brom not interested in Mario Balotelli

Balotelli Milan

West Bromwich Albion and West Ham United have been linked with Liverpool-owned AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli.

West Bromwich Albion are not interested in signing Mario Balotelli in the January transfer window, according to The Express & Star.

Calciomercato.com recently claimed that West Brom and West Ham United want the Italy international striker, who is currently on loan at AC Milan from Liverpool.

It was reported that Milan are ready to cancel the loan deal for Balotelli, with his agent claimed to be pushing for his return to England.

However, the Baggies are not interested in the 25-year-old, who is currently on loan at Milan from Liverpool, according to The Express & Star.

Balotelli joined Milan in the summer of 2015 and is scheduled to remain at the Rossoneri until the end of the season.

The former Inter Milan striker has been able to make just six appearances in Serie A so far this season. Balotelli has scored one goal, created nine chances, has a pass accuracy of 69% and a shot accuracy of 56%, and has won six headers, six dribbles and one tackle.
