Peter Lovenkrands and Vladimir Weiss react on Twitter to Rangers win

Rangers won 2-0 away from home against Greenock Morton in the Scottish Championship on Monday evening.

Peter Lovenkrands has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Rangers’ win against Greenock Morton away from home on Monday evening.

Rangers picked up all three points from the Scottish Championship encounter at Cappielow Park courtesy of a 2-0 victory.

Kenny Miller took advantage of a deflection in the box to poke the Glasgow giants in front in the 26th minute. Barrie McKay played a neat one-two before doubling the lead on 70 minutes.

Rangers ended the game with 10 men, though, as Andy Halliday was shown a second yellow card for celebrating his side's second goal in front of the Morton fans.

Former Rangers attacker Lovenkrands was following the match, and he was pleased with the three points.

Lekhwiya SC winger Vladimir Weiss, who played on loan for Rangers from Manchester City during the 2010-11 season, has also expressed his delight at the win for Mark Warburton’s win on Twitter.

Rangers are at the top of the Scottish Championship table at the moment with 53 points from 21 matches, five points clear of second-placed Hibernian.
