Derby fans react on Twitter to Nick Blackman's performance against Burnley

Derby County West Stand

Nick Blackman has made a poor start to life at Derby County since signing from Reading.

Derby County supporters continue to be less than impressed by the start Nick Blackman has made for the club.

Blackman was brought to Derby from Reading at the start of the transfer window, but he has struggled to catch the eye.

The 26-year-old has made four starts in a Derby shirt to date, and he is yet to open his goalscoring account.

His latest performance, against Burnley, was fairly ineffectual - as the Rams slipped to a 4-1 defeat.

Blackman played out on a flank in the fixture, but he was unable to provide much service for Chris Martin.

With Derby’s form taking a turn for the worse recently, Blackman has bore the brunt of supporters’ criticism on Twitter - and there are fears that his signing was a misguided one by Paul Clement.

Here is the best reaction on Twitter to Blackman’s performance in Derby’s defeat to Burnley, which has seen them slip down to fifth place in the Championship table.
