The Tottenham winger has been discussing the 19-year-old midfielder.
The 19-year-old has taken the Premier League by storm and scored a spectacular goal against Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon - one for the ages.
And Chadli believes he can produce for both Tottenham and England.
The 26-year-old is quoted as telling reporters: "He is doing that in the Premier League and I think he can do it at the European Championships.
"I’ve been very impressed since he joined. He is still young but he plays like he has a lot of experience. He has a lot of potential and if he fulfills half of it he will be a great player."
There have already been comparisons between Alli and Glenn Hoddle, while his goal reminded many of Paul Gascoigne.
What can be said for certain is, in terms of making a huge impact in a short space of time, Alli is already up there in Spurs history.
Harry Kane did it last season and Gareth Bale produced world-beating form at White Hart Lane. But, even if Alli were to slow down (which doesn't look like it'll happen), he has already sent enough shockwaves through the Premier League to give him a lasting legacy.
