Sheyi Ojo underlined his outstanding potential with a fantastic performance for Liverpool's under-21 side on Monday night.
The teenager carried on where he left off for the first team a week ago in the FA Cup, a game against Exeter City in which he scored his first ever goal for the club.
He started in the under-21 game against a talented Tottenham Hotspur side, which included England international Andros Townsend.
Liverpool won the game 2-0, with Ojo providing a spark for the Reds along with fellow winger Ryan Kent, who scored an early free kick.
Ojo set up Jerome Sinclair to score the second goal with an excellent cross, which left the forward with just a tap in to convert.
The winger has recently returned from a loan spell with Wolves, in which he produced mixed performances, but appears already to have found the experience useful.
Ojo looks full of confidence and could even be a player manager Jurgen Klopp decides to call on between now and the end of the season, as Brendan Rodgers did with Jordon Ibe last season after he returned from Derby County mid-season.
Here is a look at how watching Liverpool fans reacted on Twitter to Ojo's display...
Young ojo looks like he's got a big future in the game. Pace power and strength and an eye for goal! Keep adi white away from him#lfc— David Byrne (@Byrne297David) January 25, 2016
This Sheyi Ojo looks a good player but i dont know if he'll ever get a chance in the first team squad with all our offensive options #LFC— Jack (@_JackH2) January 25, 2016
Of all the u21s that played tonight, Kent might well have the highest 'ceiling'. But Ojo has more to offer Klopp at the moment. #LFC— BaVlaarVlaar (@bavlaarvlaar) January 25, 2016
Really impressed with Sheyi Ojo in the opening 30 minutes. He has been fast, direct and has had the Spurs defenders on the back foot.— Paul Philbin (@paulphilbin) January 25, 2016
