Wolves fans react on Twitter to Rajiv van La Parra’s performance against QPR

Wolverhampton Wanderers failed to win against Queens Park Rangers in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to have their say on the performance of Rajiv van La Parra against Queens Park Rangers.

Van La Parra started the Championship game at Loftus Road in London on Saturday afternoon and played for the entire 90 minutes.

The 24-year-old winger took three shots, had a pass accuracy of 69%, created four chances, put in 14 crosses, attempted six dribbles, and made two blocks.

Sebastian Polter headed home Matt Phillips’s free kick to put QPR ahead as early as the second minute.

James Henry restored parity for Wolves in the third minute of the second half with a strike that deflected off two home defenders before squeezing past goalkeeper Alex Smithies.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Loftus Road, hosts QPR had 46% of the possession, took 14 shots of which just five were on target, and earned six corners.

Visitors Wolves had 54% of the possession, took 13 shots of which five were on target, and earned one corner.
