Trevor Sinclair's response on Twitter when told Les Ferdinand should hire him

The former Queens Park Rangers midfielder has been discussing the R's on social media.

Trevor Sinclair has hinted that he would like to work with QPR in some capacity.

Indeed, the BBC pundit and former QPR midfielder was tweeted the suggestion that Les Ferdinand should hire him at Loftus Road.

And, without giving too much away, Sinclair wasn't averse to the idea of joining up with the west London club...

The recruitment process at QPR has been all wrong since Tony Fernandes took over the club and there is little hope for the R's forming some sort of long-term strategy.

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink looks a good manager but will he really be able to make a difference next season if incompetent decisions continue to be made in the boardroom?

Next up for QPR is a trip to Nottingham Forest in the Championship on Tuesday night.

That clash should present a tall order for the R's as Forest are now unbeaten in 12 games, having won against Middlesbrough during their last league fixture.
