Villa played out a goalless draw with West Bromwich Albion away from home at The Hawthorns in the Premier League.
Bunn started the game and played for the entire 90 minutes, and he has admitted his disappointment at the final result.
Great performance from the boys, unlucky not to win and should of had a penalty #UTV— Mark Bunn (@MBGKA) January 23, 2016
Over the course of the 90 minutes at The Hawthorns, hosts West Brom had just 39% of the possession, took four shots of which none was on target, and earned two corners.
Visitors Villa had 61% of the possession, took 15 shots of which four were on target, and earned six corners.
The Villans are at the foot of the Premier League table at the moment with just 13 points from 23 matches, nine points behind 17th-placed Swansea City, who have a game in hand.
Remi Garde’s side will return to action next weekend when they take on Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
