Confirmed: Everton and Swansea line-ups

Everton Goodison 2

Here is how Everton and Swansea City will line up this weekend:

Everton welcome Swansea City to Goodison Park this afternoon with the Toffees looking to move back into the top half of the table and the Swans desperate to pull further away from the relegation zone.

Everton are currently 12th in the Premier League table with 29 points from 22 matches while Swansea are way down in 17th and just one point ahead of Newcastle United.

The Magpies occupy the final relegation place as things stand and Swansea will know the importance of building on their 1-0 victory against Watford last time out.

Everton have a poor recent record at Goodison, winning just three of their last 13 league games, but Swansea have gone eight straight away games without scoring a goal in the first half so something has to give this afternoon.

Both sides have the players to be heroes this afternoon and it is hard to call, although if Everton do not come away with all three points they will no doubt be kicking themselves given their opponents’ struggles.
