Confirmed: Arsenal and Chelsea line-ups

Here is how Arsenal and Chelsea will line up this afternoon:

Arsenal welcome Premier League champions Chelsea to the Emirates Stadium this afternoon with the Gunners looking to go back to the top of the table.

Arsene Wenger’s men are currently third behind Manchester City and Leicester City, but a win against the Blues will see them leapfrog both clubs once more.

In the recent past this match would have been hailed as a title-decider or a six-pointer but things are not as they were at Stamford Bridge and Guus Hiddink’s men are currently 14th in the table with 25 points from 22 matches.

That leaves Chelsea just four points above the relegation zone and they will have to be at their best to overcome Arsenal in their own backyard this weekend.

That said, Chelsea have a great recent record against today’s opponents with the Gunners not enjoying a league victory against the Blues since October 2011.

Whatever happens today, expect it to be a very interesting encounter for both sets of fans and neutrals alike.
