Sky Sports pundit Paul Merson predicts an Everton romp this weekend and a clean sheet

The Toffees face Swansea City tomorrow.

Everton take on Swansea City in the Premier League tomorrow and go into the game with a good record against The Swans.

However The Toffees have been leaking goals recently and Swansea have a new manager and come into the game off the back of a good win against Watford.

That does not however sway the opinion of one Sky Sports pundit, as Paul Merson does not see this being a good fixture for Swansea.

Conversely he believes that Everton will be in fine form and will run away with the game - in a 4-0 romp:

"The one thing you're going to get with Everton is that they score goals and concede goals. I don't think Swansea can hurt them though, and I think Everton will romp home. I feared for Swansea until they beat Watford on Monday, that was a big football game.

"They're still very much in the relegation mix but it was a big three points nonetheless, dragging Watford down a bit. When you're at the bottom you want as many teams as possible down there with you. Despite that, I predict an easy Everton win with Romelu Lukaku to continue his fine goalscoring form."

That would be a fine result for Everton, as Merse predicts a 4-0 triumph. However the main positive to take if his prediction does come true would be the zero.

Everton desperately need to stop conceding silly goals in games as their current league position does not tell the tale of their performances so far this season.

Goals would seem to be a given for Everton this weekend, but if they can shut-out Swansea as well then it will be a happy weekend for The Toffees.
