The Turkish youth international has been training with the big boys.
Newcastle United take on Watford later today in a game which could see them close the gap between the two clubs to just five points and crack the relegation race wide open.
With that in mind The Magpies were trianing hard yesterday with a couple of interesting faces joining in the first-team session.
One such player was Daniel Barlaser.
The talented winger only turned 19 earlier this week and is a regular at international level with the Turkish youth sides - although has also call-ups to the England under-18s.
Despite that he is in fact Gateshead born and raised and has been with Newcastle United since the age of nine.
The winger can play on either flank and is an exciting prospect, although do not expect to see him in first-team action just yet.
Another interesting snap was that of Rolando Aarons. He was being put through his paces once again as he continues his recovery from a series of muscular injuries.
He has not played since September and is now verging on a comeback, even if this weekend looks like coming too soon for the talented winger.
But seeing both young and exciting wide talents in training should give Newcastle fans real hope for the future of the club.
