Speculative reports are linking Juventus striker Alvaro Morata with a move to Tottenham.
Morata scored in last year's Champions League Final as Juventus were narrowly defeated by Barcelona.
He played a key role for the Italian champions last season, but has found himself on the bench this campaign more frequently with new signing Paulo Dybala taking centre stage.
The Sun last week linked Morata with a move to Arsenal, and the path to his signature is far from clear.
Real Madrid have a first option release clause in his contract as part of their condition to sell him to Juventus in 2014, but their impending transfer ban means practically, they will have to sign him this month for it to be valid. Any substantial bid from a Premier League side is likely to trigger Real into action.
Morata is an excellent player who could be a real asset to Spurs, but this is a rumour which is likely to be simply that, rather than develop into an actual deal.
