Tottenham are interested in signing Vittorio Parigini.
Giorgio Parietti said: “Interest from a prestigious club like Tottenham is flattering. Parigini is fully focused on Perugia but is always considering his long-term future at Torini. It is too soon to talk about a move away but we will evaluate his situation with Torini in the summer.”
No move is currently lined up, but Parigini is sure to assess his future in the summer, with Tottenham set to continue scouting him up to the end of this season.
Parigini is a 19-year-old winger, who currently plays for Perugia on loan from Torino in his homeland of Italy.
Predominately a right-footed, right winger, the youngster can also play on the other wing and as a number 10.
He has been capped at every youth level for Italy from Under-16 up to Under-21, where he currently plays despite being two years young than most of his teammates.
This season, Parigini has scored four goals and registered one assist in 15 Serie B games, impressing in the second division.
His form has earned him rave reviews, and Torino are sure to have him in their first team from next season.
However, they could risk losing him, and Spurs are planning to swoop for him this summer when his loan deal with Perugia ends.
