HITC Sport understands Crystal Palace midfielder could be set for another loan move to the Championship, this time with MK Dons instead of Nottingham Forest.
MK Dons have lined up a loan move for Crystal Palace midfielder Jonny Williams, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Williams was recalled from his loan spell at Nottingham Forest at the beginning of January two weeks ealier than expected due to the injury problems at Selhurst Park.
The 22-year-old mde an appearance as a late substitute in the 3-0 home defeat to Chelsea, but he has not featured since that game.
The classy midfielder, who has made 55 appearances for Palace since breaking into the first-team in 2011, is well down the pecking order in Alan Pardew's plans and the Palace boss is thought to be willing to loan him out again.
Williams made 10 appearances during his loan spell at Forest and he was loaned to Ipswich Town three times in space of a year from February 2014 to April 2015.
A number of Champinship clubs are understod to have expressed an interest in signing Williams on loan during this month's transfer window, but MK Dons are in pole position to land him.
MK Dons Karl Robinson is keen to bolster his squad this month and he sees Williams as someone who boost his side's chances of securing Championship survival.
Williams is keen to go out on loan in search of first-team football to safeguard his place in the Wales squad for this summer's Euro 2016 finals in France.
