Predicted West Brom and Aston Villa line-ups: Changes for both sides

Here is how we predict West Bromwich Albion and Aston Villa will line up this weekend:

To be played on Saturday 23rd January 2016 at 15:00. Venue: The Hawthorns, West Bromwich

Odds: West Brom 21/20, Draw 21/10, Aston Villa 3/1

West Bromwich Albion welcome Aston Villa to The Hawthorns this weekend in a huge match that has so much more than bragging rights at stake.

The Baggies will know that victory will push their fierce local rivals closer to the drop while Villa know a victory will maintain their recent momentum and bring them slightly closer to their goal of Premier League safety come May.

Villa are currently bottom of the table with 12 points from 22 matches, a full 10 points clear of safety with time running out.

West Brom have no such worries and are 13th as things stand, six points clear of the drop zone but well aware that they have to keep picking up points in the weeks ahead.

In early team news, Tony Pulis’s side are without James Morrison while they have minor doubts regarding a number of players.

Saido Berahino, Chris Brunt, Darren Fletcher and Jonas Olsson all have injuries but are all rated at 75 per cent to be available for this match if called upon.

As for Villa, manager Remi Garde must do without Jordan Amavi, Alan Hutton and Adama Traore, while Leandro Bacuna and Gabby Agbonlahor have minor hamstring and back injuries respectively.
