To be played on Saturday 23rd January 2016 at 12:45. Venue: Carrow Road, Norwich
Odds: Norwich 3/1, Draw 5/2, Liverpool 10/11
Norwich City welcome Liverpool to Carrow Road on Saturday for their latest Premier League encounter.
However, Jurgen Klopp’s team selection for that match suggests there will be plenty of changes for the trip to Norwich.
The Canaries are currently 16th in the league with 23 points from 22 matches, and with just two points separating them from 18th-placed Newcastle United every point is vital for Alex Neill’s side.
That said, Liverpool have a superb recent record against Saturday’s opponents and they will want to put their 1-0 defeat to Manchester United behind them in emphatic style.
Klopp’s side are ninth with 31 points to date, and with six points separating them from the European places there is a lot of work for the German boss to do between now and May.
In early team news, Norwich are without Gary O’Neil through injury while Andre Wisdom cannot feature against his parent club.
New signing Steven Naismith is also struggling with an ankle injury and may have to wait for his debut.
As for Liverpool, they are without Martin Skrtel, Dejan Lovren, Joe Gomez, Philippe Coutinho, Jordan Rossiter, Danny Ings, Daniel Sturridge and Divock Origi, while Connor Randall is a minor doubt with a muscle injury.
