Derby County have picked up just two points from the last 12 available to them.
The Rams have taken just two points from the last 12 avaibale to them, and they have dropped out of the play off places.
Paul Clement’s side recently cancelled a warm weather trip to Dubai in the hope of sparking an improvement in their form, while Mel Morris, the club’s chairman, entered the dressing room after a recent draw with Reading.
And Holloway said: “The manager has got to pull everyone together. It’s about the team that deals with disappointment and stays together.
“What worries me is that the owner has come into the dressing room, and had to have a say. You don’t want that.”
To try and stop their slide down the table, Derby have invested in January by bringing in Abdoul Camara and Nick Blackman.
The two new arrivals have not had the desired impact so far, however, and their poor form rekindles painful memories of last season.
Derby were in the automatic promotion spots for much of last term, but a disastrous end to the campaign saw them slip all the way out of the play off spaces.
The Rams will be desperate to avoid a repeat scenario this time around, and their next chance to get back to winning ways comes on Monday against Burnley.
