According to a report in the London Evening Standard, West Ham United have no interest in selling Pedro Obiang in the January transfer window.
Obiang has been linked with Napoli this week, after struggling to break into West Ham’s first team since moving to Upton Park in the summer.
However, Slaven Bilic is said to remain a huge admirer of the central midfielder - and he has no intention of letting him go.
Bilic apparently believes that Obiang will develop into a key player for his side, but wants to ease him into life in English football.
The 23-year-old has made just seven starts for the Hammers in the Premier League this season, with the likes of Cheikhou Kouyate and Mark Nobles seemingly ahead of him in the pecking order at the moment.
Obiang has mainly been used as a late substitute, but he could be in line to receive more regular action as the season progresses.
