According to a report in the Daily Mirror, Nicolai Boilesen is stalling on a move to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Wolves have agreed a £300,000 fee for the left back with Ajax, but the deal is far from certain to go through.
The Danish international was reportedly set for a medical of Molineux, but the Daily Mirror now suggest that his move is in some doubt.
Boilesen is keen to make a switch to the Premier League, and is said to be waiting to see if any other clubs come in for him.
Although he has not ruled out moving to Wolves, he would much rather play in the top flight than the Championship.
Kenny Jackett has told the Shropshire Star today that Wolves are not close to completing any transfers, adding credence to the Mirror’s report.
If Boilesen does move to Wolves, he will be in competition with Matt Doherty for a place in Kenny Jackett’s side’s defence.
