Here is how Leicester and Tottenham will line up this evening...
A late Harry Kane penalty rescued Spurs that night, but Leicester beat Tottenham 1-0 at White Hart Lane a week ago, giving Claudio Ranieri's men hope of a victory tonight.
The Italian has handed a start to teenage defender Ben Chilwell, whilst other fringe defenders Ritchie De Laet, Yohan Benalouane and Marcin Wasilewski also start.
New signing Demarai Gray is handed a starting role out wide, with Nathan Dyer also offering support to lone striker Leonardo Ulloa.
Top names such as Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez and N'Golo Kante have all been named on the bench, with Ranieri resting most of his main players this evening.
Meanwhile, Tottenham are coming into the game having thrashed Sunderland 4-1 on Saturday afternoon, but manager Mauricio Pochettino has made some changes to his side this evening.
Backup goalkeeper Michel Vorm starts in place of Hugo Lloris, whilst Eric Dier - who has played in midfield this season - starts in defence alongside Kevin Wimmer.
Nabil Bentaleb is offered a chance to impress in midfield alongside Tom Carroll, whilst Erik Lamela, Christian Eriksen and Nacer Chadli will support Son Heung-min up front.
Spurs have also left most of their big names on the bench, with Jan Vertonghen, Harry Kane, Hugo Lloris and Dele all named as substitutes tonight, along with youngsters Joshua Onomah and Harry Winks.
