Sunderland, Leicester and Swansea have shown an interest in Ivory Coast international Seydou Doumbia, the Daily Mail reports.
Doumbia is currently contracted with Serie A side AS Roma, although he is no longer wanted by the club. He spent the first half of this season on loan with former side CSKA Moskva, scoring 11 goals in 21 games across all competitions - including three in six in the Champions League.
Doumbia built his reputation with CSKA, and he has now managed 95 goals in 150 games for the Russian giants.
Despite his impressive record, Roma are no longer willing to keep him around, and the 28-year-old forward has been told to find a new club.
Capped 31 times by the Ivory Coast, it appears as if Doumbia could be heading to England for his next destination, with the report claiming all three sides are interested in him.
Swansea and Sunderland are both on the lookout for a new goalscorer, and Doumbia certainly has the past record which suggests he fits the bill. Leicester are keen on bringing in another back-up option, and Doumbi’s ability to also play on the wing makes him a versatile option.
The report claims that Roma will part with Doumbia for a fee of £10 million, and a transfer this month is looking increasingly likely.
